Every job in a search response counts one, a single job lookup counts one, and every new or updated job delivered to a webhook endpoint counts one. Empty results, company lookups, failed requests, and webhook closures and deletions are free. Page size no longer changes what you pay, so use the largest page your plan allows and make fewer requests.

No. Only jobs actually delivered are counted. A request that fails, or that returns no jobs, costs nothing.

New accounts get 2,500 jobs to use across their first 7 days. After the trial you continue on the free plan with 300 jobs a month, or upgrade to a paid plan.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

API requests return a 429 until your allowance resets at the start of the next billing period, or you upgrade. Webhooks stop delivering new and updated jobs, but closures and deletions for jobs you already have keep arriving so your data does not go stale. Dropped events are not re-sent. If you need more than your plan includes, contact us and we can set a custom limit.

We offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime.
