8. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees: The fees applicable for the Services are set forth in the pricing section of our website or as otherwise agreed upon. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided otherwise in this document.

Payment Terms: Payment for the Services must be made in advance according to your billing cycle. Services may be suspended if payment is not received.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100 CAD) OR THE AMOUNT PAID TO COMPANY IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) your use of the Service or API; (2) your violation of these Terms; (3) your violation of any third party rights; or (4) your use or misuse of the data obtained through the Service.

Company may terminate your right to use the Service at any time upon notice for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your access to the API will be revoked and all API keys will be invalidated. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
